How do I turn on my Aurora Glow?

Plug the included power cable into a wall adapter or USB port on your computer. Remove the plastic tab from the bottom of the remote to activate, point the remote at Aurora Glow. and press the "on" button on the remote.

Does the Aurora Glow come with a remote?

Yes. All purchases come with a remote with adjustable settings, such as color, brightness, and light modes.

Is the Aurora Glow suitable for children?

The Aurora Glow has been great for children who have trouble falling asleep. The light pattern is soothing and not too glaring on the eyes.

Will the Aurora Glow make any noise?

The Aurora Glow Lamp is completely silent and will not make any buzzing or clicking noise of any sort.

Will I get a tracking number?

Once your order has been shipped out, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
